Tell us what it is doing
Where, when, and how long it has been like that. If somebody has already quoted you a part, put the part number in the message — we will tell you whether it is the right one before we come out.
Call and describe it
One call is all this takes. Tell us about the building and what changed, and we will say what we would look at first. We work across Berkeley and its neighbours.
Telephone
(341) 214-4672
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm.
No email address is published here yet. When there is one it will be a real address that somebody reads.
Who we come out to
Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland, Kensington, Richmond and Piedmont. If you are just outside that, ask — the answer depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
If you can smell gas
Do not use this form and do not wait for us. Get everybody out of the building, then call the gas utility from outside. Once the supply has been shut off, only the utility should turn it back on.
